How I handle the personal information you share with me through this website.

What I collect
When you request a call back, take one of the quizzes or use a calculator and leave your details, I collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address and a few facts about your plans, such as your income, down payment or current mortgage.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, give you the mortgage advice you asked for and, if you go ahead, arrange your mortgage. I don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Tools on this site
The call-back form, the quizzes and the calculators are provided by Broki Technologies Inc., a Canadian mortgage-broker platform, and what you enter in them goes to my account there. Broki’s own privacy policy covers how they store it. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a mortgage are deleted when they’re no longer needed. If you become a client, your records are kept as required by my brokerage and BC regulations.
